Job Overview
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Electric Scooter division. The role focuses on expanding sales operations, building strong dealer networks, and increasing brand presence across various districts in Bihar.
Fresh MBA graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory

Drive sales growth for electric scooters in Bihar districts

Identify new business opportunities and expand the market reach

Build strong relationships with channel partners and dealers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives

Ensure strong brand visibility and dealership performance
Required Qualifications

MBA in Sales and Marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage territory-level sales operations
