1. Grand Prize Voucher

Eleven (11) eligible winners shall each receive a Grand Prize Voucher to purchase One (1) Yakuza (Rubie Electric Scooter Variant in 48V) at a nominal invoice value of ₹1, subject to below mentioned Terms and Conditions. The voucher shall be equivalent in value to one Yakuza Rubie and may be redeemed only through the official website or an authorized Yakuza dealer for a Yakuza Rubie model. Participation in the campaign is free, and no purchase or payment is required to enter.

2. Stand a Chance to Win Rs. 5,000 Discount Voucher

Not a Grand Prize winner? Your luck doesn’t end there! Apart From the 11 Grand Winners, 300 lucky winners will receive Discount Voucher worth ₹5,000. These winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using the Comment Picker ONLINE tool.

3. Participation Rules

The campaign is open to Indian citizens only, excluding its Director’s/ Promoter’s, employees, dealers, and representatives of the Company and its affiliated entities. To participate, eligible participants must Like, Comment, Share, and Repost the campaign post as instructed. Each participant shall submit one entry only. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. The campaign will remain open until 11:59 p.m. IST on 25 September, 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection Process

Winners shall be selected at random from valid and eligible entries using an ONLINE Comment Picker tool. The winner selection process will be conducted through live streaming to ensure fairness and transparency.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry involving impersonation, tampering, false or misleading information, bots or other automated tools, infringement of third-party rights, abusive or inappropriate conduct, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Redemption & Documentation Process

A. Grand Prize Voucher

Each Grand Prize Voucher (₹39,079/-) shall entitle the verified winner to receive one Yakuza Rubie 48V electric scooter for a nominal invoice value of Rs 1/-, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The Grand Prize Voucher:

1. shall be redeemed only through the official Yakuza website or an authorised Yakuza dealer;
2. shall be redeemed only for the specified Yakuza Rubie 48V electric scooter;
3. shall be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash and
4. shall not be sold, assigned or transferred to another person.

The winner shall visit Sirsa for mandatory verification, documentation and completion of applicable tax and other statutory formalities before delivery. Following completion of these formalities, the scooter shall be delivered or made available for collection through an authorised Yakuza dealer or such other location as may be communicated by the Company.

Please note: Rubie Price is ₹39,080/- including handling and delivery charges. Voucher of Rs 39,079/- is given to you and you need to pay a value of Rs 1.

B. Rs 5,000 Yakuza Voucher

Each Rs 5,000 Yakuza Voucher shall have a face value of Rs 5,000 and shall be used toward the purchase of an eligible Yakuza electric scooter.

The Rs 5,000 Yakuza Voucher:

1. shall be redeemed only through the official Yakuza website or an authorised Yakuza dealer;
2. It’s non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash;
3. Cannot be combined with another campaign voucher, discount or promotional offer unless expressly permitted by the Company; and
4. shall be redeemed on or before 20 November 2026, after which it will automatically lapse.

The applicable minimum purchase value, eligible models and any other redemption conditions shall be clearly disclosed by the Company before the voucher is issued.

Please Note: The colour and variant of the scooter shall be at the Company’s discretion and subject to availability. No specific colour or variant shall be guaranteed to the winner.

6. Winner Travel & Stay

Each of the 11 Grand Prize winners shall be required to visit Corporate Office (Sirsa) for verification, documentation and completion of prize related formalities.

The Company shall either arrange the winner’s travel directly or reimburse the winner for approved travel expenses, subject to the following conditions:

1. where the expected journey time is up to 24 hours, the Company shall arrange or reimburse AC First Class, AC Two-Tier or AC Three-Tier train fare, depending upon availability;
2. where the expected journey time exceeds 24 hours, the Company shall arrange or reimburse Economy Class airfare; and
3. the Company shall provide or reimburse accommodation for up to two nights for the winner.

All travel and accommodation arrangements shall be subject to prior approval. Reimbursement shall be made only against valid tickets, invoices and proof of payment. These benefits shall be available only to the verified winner and shall not cover any accompanying person.

7. Important Dates & Validity

Scooter Collection Deadline: Grand Prize winners must complete the required formalities and collect the scooter by 19 October 2026. Grand Prize winners must complete verification and collect their scooter from the location communicated by the Company on or before 19 October 2026. Failure to collect the scooter by the prescribed date, without an extension confirmed in writing by the Company, may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Voucher Validity: Yakuza Voucher are redeemable only through the official Yakuza website and are valid until 25th December 2026. Voucher not redeemed within the expiry date shall get lapsed.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

Winners will be contacted only through:

1. the verified/official Yakuza Instagram account: @yakuza_evehicles
2. a reply to the winning comment;
3. the Company’s official telephone number +91 96713 02982, +91 94682 38600; or
4. an official email address: [email protected]

Each selected winner must provide the documents reasonably required to verify their identity, age, citizenship, and eligibility, including PAN, Aadhaar, or another valid government-issued identification document. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) working days, fails to provide the required documents within the prescribed period, provides incorrect or misleading information, or is found to be ineligible, the Company may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner through the same random-selection process.

9. Data & Promotional Consent

Participant information may be collected and processed for campaign administration, verification, communication, compliance, and prize fulfilment in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Subject to separate consent, the Company may use a participant’s name, photograph, voice, or video for promotional purposes. 10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, Company shall not be responsible for delayed, incomplete or lost entries caused by network failure, platform malfunction or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. interruption, suspension, or cancellation of the campaign or prize fulfilment arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, pandemics, strikes, riots, or other unforeseen events. Any material modification to the campaign or these Terms & Conditions will be communicated through the same official channel on which the campaign was announced to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy available to a participant under applicable law.

11. Warranty Clause

The scooter shall be covered by the Company’s standard manufacturer warranty applicable to the relevant model on the date of delivery. On written request a copy of the applicable warranty terms shall be provided to the winner.

12. Disclaimer

This campaign is independently organized by the Company and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that Instagram bears no responsibility or liability for the campaign, its administration, or the prizes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The company will never ask the winner to pay money into an unknown account or share OTP/password/card details. Any statutory tax or expressly disclosed charge, if payable by a winner, will be communicated only through the Company’s verified official channels and collected through an authorised Company payment mechanism against appropriate documentation.

13. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirsa, Haryana, subject to applicable law.
